My Walk-in Closet tour

 

A year back when we moved into our new house I had the opportunity to go for a small walk-in closet attached to my bedroom. It was actually a balcony turned into a closet...Interesting huh? It's not the biggest walk-in closet ever or the prettiest of all but it's certainly my little playroom. True that “Playing Dress-up begins at Age Five and truly never ends”

 Even if you do not have a vanity room or a walk-in closet, I believe that every girl should have a corner of the house where all her jewelry, perfumes, handbags and other beautiful things are put on display

I do not like to arrange my closet like a Rainbow /by brand /by whatsoever and it’s not that I am messy but it’s difficult for me to put things and group them alike every time after use.

 This closet has two sides Right for HER and Left for HIM and a Mirror (with attached dressing) at the center and at the back which separated and yet unites our little spaces. The drawers below are for storing Lingerie and towels. If you turn back(see the reflection of jewelry board on the first picture)there's a jewelry board at my side and a belt and a similar sunglasses/watches display space at his side.

 

The necklaces and earrings are displayed on a jewelry board since they always get tangled in box and its easy to organize jewelry this way. I like to organize all shirts, blazers and sarees in hangers. As for my folded items, I just try to keep my daily wear, party wear, bottoms and tops separated. Needless to say, my closet gets all messy and looks like a Garage sale at the end of the month and needs to be organized every month.
