My New Avaitors.I was thrilled when R bought me these baby Sunglasses,can't wait to go out in the Sun.They're beautiful and just what I've always wanted. A classic pair of green hued aviators. Swoon

Often I wish, I could reminisce about those wonderful summer days with someone who could recall them with me, and I wish I could remember what we ate, and what we talked about and all those summery things of past! A picture from neighborhood made me feel nostalgic about lost summer days!

My life pretty much revolves around these two most amazing men's in my life.R-my hubyy and RV- my little handsome prince.They are my greatest source of strength,support and inspiration!!

Why do I often look back ,re-examine,take a second and recall the places,people,relationships and things that were a part of my history and how I became, what Iam now!!Is that what people do when turning thirties??

I Heart Neon!!

I did this outfit shoot inside, actually in our Porch which has striped walls I guess you can see that. And perhaps you will notice that I’m totally addicted to Stripes/Neon/Oranges/Retro looks at the moment?

 

I actually had no idea what I wanted to wear with this skirt.This skirt has been one of those things that I resisted for a long time before finally thinking it was something I could wear and not look completely drowned . This combines my current obsession with  mixing up old with the new items in my closet and this skirt is probably one of the oldest clothing item I own  but have never worn over last few years(to be precise say 5 years).I really can’t part ways with my skirts even though I rarely wear them.This clutch is mom's last worn here,this shirt is a bargain I am proud of and last worn in this post and coincidentally both of them are in the list of my favourite posts.

Coming back to Outfit,I didn’t want to look ‘too much’ but I always try to avoid ‘too simple and boring’ outfit, too.Although maroon and cream is altogether a good combination but a bit boring and to make it a little more interesting I added my retro glasses with some neon accessories. Remember, if sporting neon clothing feels a bit too bold for you, it is just as much fun in accessory, shoe, or nail polish form.

Having said that,I can't get enough of neon. It takes a lot of self control to stop myself from wearing it head to toe. And why wouldn't anyone love neon? It is bright, fun, and a perfect way to ring in the summers.

Something Good to Remember everytime I say "I am too old for this".

Two little Blue Pots sitting on my Kitchen Window looks always curious yet relaxing in their own way!The window itself is one of my favorite windows,the light that comes through is perfect.The view through that window changes so much during the seasons. I have got the habit of taking pictures of it every now and then, it is almost a like a diary.

To start my day, a cup of ginger tea is just what I need

Thanks to the omnipresent chaiwallas , a refreshing cup of piping hot ginger tea can be bought at any stall,offcourse keeping in check the hygeine factor.

(This is my fav cup for morning tea ...see Iam obessed with a lot of things in life)

I think I have found my perfect pair of summer slippers... I love wearing comfy and colurful slippers and I’ve been associating the colour Yellow with "Sunshine and Prosperity” lately, so just looking at them everytime makes me want to stick my feet into them ...a little burst of colours to brighten up my day!
